Man reports checks stolen

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police spoke to a local man this week about stolen checks.

Mark Swatsenberg said he was in Oklahoma City when his checkbook was taken.

He later closed his account, but a check was cashed on his account in Yukon, Okla.

Brad Minnick told police Wednesday about being bitten by a dog on Fifth Street.

Johnny Biddie reported medication stolen from his vehicle last week.

Carolyn Bunyard told police this week she received a threatening phone call.

Felicia Flute told police this week that her checking account has been used fraudulently to make purchases online.
