Man arrested after running from police


TAHLEQUAH — An Oklahoma man was arrested over the weekend after a short pursuit from Tahlequah police.

Roger Kimbrell, 39, of Avon Lake, Okla., was booked for felony driving under the influence, placing bodily fluids on a police officer, and driving under suspension. Police said they attempted to stop the vehicle for a traffic violation and Kimbrell led them on a short pursuit.

Clyde J. Hall, 48, of Tahlequah, was arrested Friday for driving under the influence.

James Center Jr., 39, was arrested Saturday for DUI of drugs.

Patrick Hawkins, 49, of Muskogee, was arrested Saturday for DUI and driving under suspension.

Jackie Gawf, 51, of Tahlequah, was arrested last week for a warrant and was later charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

Police issued a citation to Levi Rogers, 26, of Tahlequah, last week after they responded to speak with him about a noise complaint. Officers said they saw a white bong on a table while speaking with Rogers, and issued him a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barbara J. Hunt, 51, of Tahlequah, was arrested Sunday for assault and battery and public intoxication.

A juvenile was arrested Thursday for public intoxication and petit larceny.

Dalton Poafpybitty, 22, of Park Hill, was arrested last week for DUI.

Zachary L. White, 21, of Stilwell, was arrested last week on drug-related charges following a traffic stop.

Brandon J. Coulter, 19, of Tahlequah, was arrested Thursday for no driver’s license and drug possession.

Caitlin Dry said Saturday that items went missing from a home on Goingsnake Street.

Pamela Martin reported destruction of property Sunday.

Cinnamon Ensminger on Saturday reported theft.

Brianna Keohane reported assaults Sunday.

Colton Sisco filed a stolen ring report last week.

Darry Carlstone told police Tuesday about boys climbing his fence and damaging it.

Louis Campbell told police recently someone kicked in his home’s back door and stole a TV.

John Schram reported a homemade car hauler stolen from a storage building Friday. The trailer is black with a wood floor and new tires.
