Police arrest man in wake of traffic stop


TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local man Sunday night after conducting a traffic stop near Shawnee and Oak streets.

Tahlequah Reserve Officer Skylar Green’s report says 20-year-old Kyle L. Pritchett, Tahlequah, did not have a driver’s license and appeared to be under the influence. Pritchett allegedly admitted to smoking synthetic marijuana, and could not answer questions about his height or date of birth. He was arrested for driving without a valid license and DUI.

Police arrested Sarah N. Workman, 24,  Tahlequah, on Saturday for DUI. Officers said Workman was traveling the wrong direction on a one-way street.

Kimberly J. Walker, 25, Tahlequah, was arrested Sunday for destruction of private property in the 800 block of West Choctaw.

Bradley Eagle-Tate, 20, Tahlequah, was arrested Monday morning for public intoxication, obstructing an officer, and resisting arrest. He allegedly ran from officers after being stopped on East Downing.

Ryan Bates, 31, Tahlequah, was arrested Saturday for DUI.

Officers took a report Saturday about a possible case of child abuse or neglect.

Kyle Brown reported an assault Sunday.

Sandra Barr spoke to police Sunday about threatening text messages.

Employees at Atwoods told police Friday two women stole $270 worth of clothes.

Employees at the Tahlequah Daily Press on Friday reported a belligerent and threatening customer.

Melissa Fuller told police Sunday a rock was used to break an apartment window.

Officers spoke to Katy Ellison Sunday about a stolen vehicle.

Employees at Grace Living Center told police recently about a nurse who stole a prescription and tried to have it filled in Prairie Grove, Ark.

Raymond Yeager reported stolen medication Friday.
