TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Tahlequah man this week when he allegedly showed up at a school activity drunk.

Thomas Leroy Dill, 44, was arrested for public drunk, according to Deputy Bob Lewandowski. Dill was inside a vehicle at a Keys school event and was there to pick up a student. Dill nearly fell when trying to get out of his truck, and deputies were unable to perform sobriety tests because of Dill’s unsteadiness.

Jess Lee Robbins, 35, was arrested Thursday for aggravated driving under the influence second or subsequent. Robbins allegedly admitted to drinking at least a dozen beers, and had a breath-alcohol content of .21 after his arrest.

In other matters, deputies took a report from William Shinn this week after a 2001 Harley Davidson was stolen, along with other items. The motorcycle is maroon with chrome.

A 16-year-old girl filed a harassment report this week.

Julia Muskrat reported her vehicle being involved in a crash recently.

Tony Starr filed an information report this week.

Terri Bounds spoke with deputies about being threatened.
