Man reports items stolen

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies spoke with man last week who said property was stolen from his home.

Andrew Peterson said he was in Texas over the holidays, and when he returned, a computer was missing from his home, along with e-cigarettes and a rifle. Peterson told deputies he had allowed a woman to stay at his home.

Fred Hammick reported the theft of tools recently.

Christina Wells reported  medication stolen.

Kipp Sands told deputies last week that the front door of her home was forced open. Nothing appeared to be missing.
