Tahlequah police arrested a Welling man over the weekend after responding to a domestic disturbance.
Jessie W. Kirk, 27, was booked for domestic violence/assault and battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kirk allegedly assaulted Alisha Hembree and tried to hide drug paraphernalia underneath a seat inside a vehicle.
Cory D. Bryant, 26, of Tahlequah, was arrested last week for public intoxication, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on police officer. Bryant allegedly kicked an officer in the chest after he resisted being handcuffed.
In other matters, deputies arrested Jesse Timms, 31, of Tahlequah after a fight at a local shelter Sunday.
Jimmie D. Woodard, 54, of Aurora, Colo., was arrested Saturday morning for driving under the influence.
Police arrested a juvenile Saturday night when checking on a person who was smoking marijuana near the ice rink in downtown Tahlequah. The juvenile would not comply with officers and attempted to fight. He was booked into jail for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Kaylynn Sharp reported a stolen phone last week.
Joshua Wogoman reported a residential burglary last week and said a TV was taken.
Loraine Estes told police Saturday the back door of a home had been forced open, water pipes had been busted, the house was flooded, and a refrigerator was missing.
Thomas Salmon spoke to police last weekend about a residential burglary that resulted in cash being stolen.
