Woman kicks, spits at sheriff's deputies as they try to arrest her
Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies say a 31-year-old woman kicked and spat at authorities when they tried to arrest her for an assault.
Stolen truck set on fire
Authorities are investigating after a man’s truck was stolen and apparently set on fire after being crashed.
Cats injured during break-in
Sheriff’s deputies were asked to investigate a burglary after the victims discovered three cats had been fatally injured during the break-in.

A 20-year-old Tahlequah man was arrested for public intoxication over the weekend after he allegedly threw knives during a dispute.
