Police arrest Sand Springs man after traffic stop

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a Sand Springs man Monday night after a traffic stop near Water and Ross.

Zakary D. Degraffenreed, 18, was booked into jail on drug charges and for driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police.

Trevor S. Montgomery, 22, of Salina, was arrested Tuesday morning for actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Chelsea Davis reported her 2000 Dodge Durango taken without her permission Monday afternoon. The Durango has a tag number of 830-28C.

Jamie Stout reported violation of a protective order this week.

Ronnie Ballard spoke with police Monday about his checking account being used fraudulently.
