Marble City man picked up after passing out

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a Marble City man Sunday after responding to a local business.

Tyson Killer, 26, was arrested for actual physical control/driving under the influence after police responded to McDonald’s to check on a driver who was reportedly passed out in a vehicle.

Police arrested a juvenile shoplifter at Walmart Monday.

Richard N. Daniell, 47, of Tahlequah, was arrested Monday for DUI of drugs.

Johnathan Little told police Monday that someone stole items out of his vehicle.

Billi Osman told police Monday that an intruder got into a vehicle and took an iPod.

Shawna Hammer reported that a protective order was violated Tuesday.
