Woman arrested after crash

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local woman last weekend after a collision at Walmart.

Candy S. Milton, 48, of Tahlequah, was arrested after the crash Saturday for driving under the influence.

Misty Sanders, 23, of Westville, was arrested Saturday for driving under the influence and drug possession. Erik Claphan, 21, of Stilwell, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested for public intoxication and drug possession.

Officers arrested a juvenile Saturday after they saw a truck parked and running in the parking lot of Greenwood Elementary. The youngster was in the vehicle and arrested for actual physical control under 21.

Six Muskogee men were arrested Saturday after police stopped a vehicle for failing to maintain a lane. The driver, Jonathan Urista, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence. Five passengers were arrested for public intoxication, including 18-year-old Capilla Garcia, 20-year-old Jose J. Ramirez, 20-year-old Luis Alvarado, 19-year-old Diego Alvarado, and 20-year-old Celestino Espinosa.

Police arrested Patrick McHenry, 19, of Tahlequah, for a warrant last week.

Shannon Lyman spoke to police last week about a purse being lost or stolen from Ned’s on Thursday.

Patricia Langley reported stolen medication Friday.

Nicole Little reported three bicycles being stolen Sunday, including a silver women’s specialized Crossroads, a blue men’s specialized Serus Sky, and a red 10-speed bike.

Dena Dobbs told police Saturday someone stole gasoline from her vehicle.

Robin Glory filed an assault report Sunday.

Brittany Andrews spoke to police Sunday about a lost or stolen dog.
