Tahlequah police arrested a man last weekend who allegedly tried to used forged prescriptions at a couple of local pharmacies.
A pharmacist at Cherokee Hills Pharmacy told police Jimmy Bryant, 52, of Tulsa, tried to use a forged prescription to buy a controlled drug. When police arrived, Bryant fled and was later found hiding near a car wash. Police said Bryant also tried to buy a controlled drug with a forged prescription at Walgreen’s Cox Drug.
