Woman arrested after assaulting son with bat

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a woman Monday after she allegedly assaulted her son with a baseball bat.

Lisa S. Hernandez, 47, of Tahlequah, allegedly used the baseball bat to hit her son, and also punched and choked him.

Jessica L. Ullom, 30, of Tahlequah, was arrested Tuesday for driving under the influence second or subsequent.

Cindy K. Shroff, 31, of Welling, was arrested Monday for shoplifting at Reasor’s.

Courney Bonifield, 19, of Poteau, was arrested Tuesday for DUI of alcohol.

Adam M. Carey, 26, of Tahlequah, was arrested  Tuesday for allegedly throwing a woman into the side of a car during a fight.

Police spoke to Jim Sego, of Sego Motors, this week after a white 2004 Ford F-250 crew cab 4-by-4 was stolen Sunday night.

Police took a vandalism report Monday evening after a window was busted out of a truck near the junction of State Highway 82 and U.S. Highway 62.

Felicia Ketcher spoke to police this week about being struck in the back.

Elmer L. Walker, 46, of Tahlequah, was arrested Saturday for domestic violence.
