Missouri man booked for DUI

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a Springfield, Mo., man recently at a safety check point near Park Hill and Ballentine roads.

Rodney Martz, 55, was booked for driving while intoxicated.

In other matters, police spoke to Emily Boring Tuesday after an intruder broke into her storage unit. The unidentified suspects took clothes, bedding, and three women’s cowboy boots.

David Gahn reported a 12-foot, single-axle trailer and 15 cattle panels being stolen from First Lutheran Church this week.

A report was filed Monday after a vicious dog was found to be at large in the city.

Ruben Macias filed a vandalism report Tuesday.
