Man nabbed for shoplifting at Walmart

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man Wednesday at Walmart.

Miccah T. Johnson, 28, of Tahlequah, was arrested for shoplifting from the retailer shortly before 8 p.m.

Jamie L. Avery, 35, of Tahlequah, was arrested this week for outstanding warrants.

Officers arrested Efrain Zepeda, 36, of Tahlequah, earlier this week for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash, attempting to elude, and resisting arrest. Zepeda allegedly struck two vehicles and a fire hydrant, then tried to leave the scene when a police officer who witnesses the crashes tried to stop him.

Haley Moore spoke to police Wednesday about being assaulted in her front yard.

Bryce Felts talked with police Wednesday after someone stole copper wiring and a metal grate.

Suzanne McDaniel filed an information report Tuesday.

Michele Ernades said she sold a game on eBay and the buyer later returned the item, but a disc was not sent back.

Kristen Jones spoke to police Tuesday about being threatened.
