Cherokee County deputies arrested two men near Sparrow Hawk Village on Friday.
Deputy Robert Sparks and an investigator responded to a complaint of an intoxicated man sitting outside a residence. Upon arrival the complainant said the person had left and the two responders conducted a search of the area. During the search, the responders met Benjamin Lee Arnett, who allegedly showed signs of intoxication. Arnett was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. The search later encountered Brennan Douglas Sebastian, who fit the description of the complainant. The responders alleged Sebastian was also unsteady and smelled of alcohol. Sebastian was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication and for allegedly possessing drug paraphernalia.
Deputies responded to a complaint by Blanca Aloyo of the larceny of her cell phone. Aloyo’s report claimed she loaned her iPhone to a suspect, who then sold it for $225. Aloyo said the suspect has neither returned the phone nor given her the money.
An incident report was also received from Emmalee Ann Enkey that a 7.5-week-old brindle pit bull puppy had been missing since July 8.Two arrested near Sparrow Hawk Village
