Police Beat - Alcohol leads to three arrests

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested three people early Tuesday morning after a traffic stop near Grand and Leoser.

Antonio R. Golden, 32, of Tahlequah, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped a vehicle just before 5 a.m. Two passengers in the car – 31-year-old Tulsa resident Timothy L. Timmons and 21-year-old Tahlequah resident Sherry A. O’Leary – were also arrested and booked on complaints of public intoxication.

Christopher Loveall, 20, of Tahlequah, was arrested Monday night after refusing to sign a citation. Police said Loveall “bucked up” and resisted arrest. He was also cited for failing to signal.

Officers filed a report Sunday after a black purse was found.
