Police Beat: Walmart employees report a fleeing shoplifter

TAHLEQUAH — Police this week filed a report after speaking to Walmart employees about a shoplifter.

Walmart’s asset protection employees said a suspect ran from the store without paying for merchandise totaling just under $20.

In other matters, Tameron Cameron filed an information report Tuesday.

Melissa Fisher told police Monday she is receiving phone calls and threatening messages from a man.

Charles Jones spoke with officers this week about the theft of two chainsaws, which were in the back of his truck.
