Police Beat: Police respond to theft call

TAHLEQUAH — Police arrested a Keys man Thursday night after responding to a theft report.

Jerry Gordon, 50, was booked into jail after officers were called to Walmart to deal with an intoxicated shoplifter.

Kadesha M. Spears, 34, of Tahlequah, was arrested Thursday for allegedly concealing merchandise at Walmart and trying to leave without paying.

Joseph R. Sunagoowie, 37, of Tahlequah, was arrested Thursday evening for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Employees at Walmart detained two juveniles last week when they tried to shoplift.

Sammy Allen reported a stolen firearm Friday.

Terrill Braden told police his pain medication was stolen from his home last week.
