Man arrested

TAHLEQUAH — A Bunch man was arrested recently after he was found face-down in a yard. Jeremy Poafpybitty, 27, allegedly smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet. County sheriff’s deputies arrested Poafpybitty on South 492 Road for public intoxication.

Deputies took a report Monday from a teenage boy who said he was threatened by another boy because he likes the same girl.

Deputies took a report from Michael Cullen Monday after his wallet was stolen from a van. The wallet is black leather and contained credit cards and other items.

Lou Sells told deputies recently about being assaulted by a man.

Dwayne Hendrickson told deputies this month his 2006 Chevy truck was stolen.
