Deputies make arrest after early-morning stop

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies made an arrest early Wednesday morning after a traffic stop.

Carla Crow, 35, of Tahlequah, was booked into jail for driving under the influence second or subsequent and driving while revoked. Crow allegedly refused to take a state’s test to determine breath-alcohol content, saying it wouldn’t help.

In other matters, Angela Forrest spoke to deputies Tuesday about an assault that occurred amid an argument.

Autum Ketcher filed a report on the violation of a protective order Tuesday.

Deputies filed a death-investigation report earlier this week on Mary Ellen Patsy, 55, of Hulbert. Patsy’s manner of death is listed as unknown.
