Man jailed after trying to pass forged check

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local man this week after he allegedly tried to pass a forged check.

Eric W. Huff, 37, was booked for forgery, possession of stolen property and obtaining money by false pretense.

In other matters, Pamela Rock told police Monday a person made several fraudulent charges on her checking account.

Jennifer Schnitzer filed a threats report Tuesday.

Tiffany Wagnon filed a stolen vehicle report Tuesday.
