Police arrest local woman after hit-and-run crash

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local woman Saturday after a hit-and-run crash near Norris Park.

Ella L. Monholland, 65, was booked for obstruction. Monholland’s arrest was the result of an investigation into the hit-and-run crash Saturday afternoon.

Joshua Morris, 30, was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled dangerous substance Friday night.

Employees at Walmart spoke to police Friday about a shoplifter taking merchandise. Christopher Glass, 25, was arrested.

Officers spoke with Robert Beck Saturday about Beck’s gun, which had been reported stolen several months ago. Beck told officers the gun was returned to him, and had been left in his mailbox.

Jennifer Chester filed a vandalism report last week.

Susan Jessie said a man cursed at her and screamed at her Friday. Jessie said the man was waiting in the parking lot when she arrived at work.

Suzanne Myers filed a report last week after a vacant home was burglarized.
