Police Beat: Traffic stop nets DUI

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local man Monday evening after a traffic stop.

Timothy J. Walker, 26, was booked into jail for driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Lisa M. Morgan, 33, of Bunch, was arrested Monday night for allegedly trying to leave Wal-Mart without paying for merchandise in her shopping cart and purse.

Leticia Rios filed an assault report Monday.

Karen Ballard told police last week that her debit card was used without her permission.

Nancy Turtle told police her purse was stolen out of her vehicle after the suspects broke out a window.

Ashley Cobler filed an information report last week.

Eugene Stover told police Monday he was assaulted by a juvenile.

Officers filed a report recently on the theft of four tires and wheels, which were taken from a vehicle in the police department's impound lot.

Donnie Eubanks told police last week about property being stolen out of his storage building.

Haley Bravo told police that three tires were stolen off of her vehicle while it was parked at Pleasant View Apartments.

Mollie Crow filed an assault report Monday.
