Police took a report Saturday when a man concealed Walmart merchandise in a backpack and left without paying. Walmart employees attempted to stop the man, but he ran from the area.
Burnice Ferguson told officers Monday that his billfold was lost or stolen. He said he last used the wallet at Walmart on Feb. 2. The billfold is gray and contained cash, a driver’s license, and other items.
