Tulsa man files arson report

TAHLEQUAH — A Tulsa man filed an arson report with sheriff’s deputies  Monday upon discovering his houseboat was destroyed by fire.

Charles McCafferty’s 1980 Stardust Cruiser Houseboat was set ablaze by an unknown suspect on Oct. 23. Items destroyed included two 350 Mercury cruiser engines, an onan generator, a marine CB radio, a fold-out sofa, two leather chairs, some hand tools, log chains, and all the kitchen’s appliances.
