Items reported stolen

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies took a theft report last week.

Matthew and Katie June told deputies several items were taken from a home, including a black Toshiba laptop and computer, a red Dell laptop, and a 48-inch Toshiba television.

Suzanne Hathaway spoke to deputies after someone removed and replaced a gate lock. Hathaway told deputies she believes a hunter or other trespasser might have replaced the lock.
