Hulbert hoops sweeps Gore

GORE — Tiffany Thompson outscored Gore on her own in Hulbert’s 66-28 victory on Tuesday night. Thompson logged 29 points on an 11-of-28 shooting performance from the field.

Megan Colvin added 13 points for the Lady Riders (4-1), who led 28-16 at halftime before outscoring Gore 23-4 in the third quarter to put the game away.

In the boys game, Mason Fielden led Hulbert with 16 points in a 52-42 victory. Ricco Wynn chipped in with 14 points for the Riders (4-1).

Hulbert will continue on the road Friday night at Vian.
