HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL to be online Friday night or early Saturday!

TAHLEQUAH — Fans of the Tahlequah High School Tigers, Sequoyah High School Indians, Keys High School Cougars and Hulbert High School Riders won't have to wait until Sunday to get their prep gridiron fix.

Since the Daily Press moved its Sunday paper to postal delivery on Saturday, deadlines had to be moved up to Friday night, which means complete coverage in the paper is no longer possible.

The good news is, readers will now get their sports news much earlier - sometimes late Friday night, but at least by early Saturday - while it's still fresh!

TDP Sports Editor Ben Johnson will be covering the Tahlequah game tonight, and he'll post results when he gets them. He has correspondents out in the field covering the other games. All those stories will be available to readers a full day earlier than in the past, right here at www.tahlequahdailypress.com

Interested in the play-by-play? Then follow Ben on Twitter at BenJohnsonTDP. No one brings you the sports action like Ben does - and only the Tahlequah Daily Press is TOTALLY TAHLEQUAH!

Check back often for the scoop!
