Indians head to Vian for regional

The Sequoyah baseball team will travel to Vian for a Class 3A regional tournament later this week.

The Indians will be the No. 3 seed in the four-team regional, which also includes No. 2 Vian, No. 17 Morris and Kansas.

Sequoyah (13-7) will play Morris (17-7) at 1 p.m. on Thursday. The winner will play the Vian-Kansas winner at 3 p.m., and the losers of both games will play at 5 p.m. Game times on Friday afternoon are 4 and 6, and the "if-necessary" championship game is Saturday at 1 p.m.
