Oklahoma, Oklahoma State ranked in preseason poll

OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are ranked in the USA Today Top 25 coaches poll.

The Sooners are ranked fourth in rankings released on Thursday, and the Cowboys are No. 19.

Louisiana State is No. 1; Alabama is second; Southern Cal is third; Oklahoma is fourth and Oregon is fifth. Georgia is ranked sixth; Florida State is seventh; Michigan is eighth; South Carolina is ninth and Arkansas is 10th.
