Terms of service
Please review these terms of agreement before sending in photographs. When e-mailing pictures, please state you agree to the terms listed on our Web site; and be sure to include your name, address and phone number for contact purposes only. You may be called to verify you sent the photographs.

Image Terms of Service

You may only contribute photos that you have taken yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person.
You warrant that you have permission from all persons appearing in your photos for you to make this contribution and grant rights described herein.
You may not contribute photos that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity or pornography or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations.

Andrew Wallace sits on his dad, Adam Wallace’s, lap. Andrew could very well be a future member of the Northeastern State University rugby team like Dad.


Five-month-old Dogue de Bordeaux, “Chicago,” enjoys just another day on the farm, watching over goats in the pasture.


This group of seventh-grade girls -- along with two trail guides -- from Keys School went horseback riding at the Sequoyah riding stables to celebrate Alley Wimmer's 12th birthday in October.


Joyce Matlock and her husband enjoy sitting in their swing on warm evenings, staring at the flowers and visiting with passing neighbors. “I have this saved as my homepage on my computer at work,” said Matlock. “I look forward to going home to enjoy my favorite spot in Tahlequah.”


Eight-year-old Taelor Garner, visible in the front row, and her parents, James and Laura Garner, recently attended a Billy Ray Cyrus concert. Taelor sat on stage the entire show, and had her hand touched by Cyrus. “That had to be the most awesome thing that has ever happened to me in my entire life!” Taelor exclaimed following the show.


Members of the Non-blushing Red Roses of the Red Hat Society lunched in January at East Buffet in celebration of Queen Mother Wilma Roberts’ birthday. Members meet the third Friday of each month at local restaurants to follow their motto – “Live, laugh, love!” All women are invited to don a purple outfit and a red hat to join in Feb. 22, 1 p.m., at El Zarape.
