Registration is still available for the Cherokee Heritage Center's traditional Cherokee tear dress class on Nov. 17, led by Cherokee National Treasure Tonia Hogner-Weavel.
The class is presented as part of a series designed to preserve, promote and teach traditional Cherokee art. The Saturday workshops are held once a month and provide hands-on learning opportunities.
