Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers Inc. celebrated on Thursday, Aug. 17, the grand opening of its newly remodeled administrative offices in Hulbert, with the assistance of the Tahlequah Area Chamber of Commerce.
Attendance for the ceremony included members of the NeoHealth administration and board members, Tahlequah Area Chamber of Commerce members, Hulbert Mayor Shirley Teague, Tahlequah Mayor Jason Nichols, Hulbert Police Chief Casey Rowe, and several other members of the Hulbert and Tahlequah communities.
Scott Rosenthal, NeoHealth chief executive officer, addressed attendees about the remodel.
"We appreciate you all being here. The space you're in now was an empty shell six months ago. If you'd seen it before the remodel, you wouldn't even recognize it now," he said.
NeoHealth Board President Dr. Breanna Batey echoed his sentiments.
"It's been an honor to see where we used to be at NEO, from smaller, older facilities to being able to expand to have a top-notch, modern, sleek, professional look. It's really been an honor to be a part of it all," said Batey.
NeoHealth provides affordable, quality health care to everyone. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted, as well as third-party insurance and private pay. Uninsured patients may qualify for a discount. New patients are welcome.
