Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers Inc. recently donated bottles of shampoo to the Tahlequah Area Coalition for the Homeless for use at the Tahlequah Day Center, 309 S. Muskogee Ave.

TACH Board President Iona Masterson accepted the donation on behalf of the Day Center.

"This donation of shampoo products will be very essential to carrying out our program as we do offer showers at the center. This will go a long to helping our clients have good showers and have refreshed hair," said Masterson.

In addition to providing showers, the Day Center and TACH also provide a free lunch daily noon-12:45 p.m. They have an on-site manager who helps clients with work, shelter, and other things.
