Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of shots being fired at a residence.

Authorities were called Friday to a structure on Park Hill Road after Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation personnel found what appeared to be three bullet holes in a garage door.

Cris Reeves filed a report of shots being fired at his residence last Thursday.

Angel Proctor, 21, was arrested for petit larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and driving under suspension after a beer theft Saturday at Caney Ridge Best Stop. A boy and girl, both 16, were cited for petit larceny.

Betty Acker said Monday someone damaged the lights on her 1992 Buick Park Avenue.

A 17-year-old boy filed a report Saturday, alleging a weight set was taken from his home.

Sally Hale said Friday intruders broke into her home. Nothing is listed as missing on the report.

Andrew Roark filed a report last Thursday, alleging his vehicle was burglarized.

Angela Hudson said Friday a thief got her state disability check and forged it.

Jesse Everly said Sunday he received threatening phone calls. He was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana.

Deputies filed a report Friday for Connie Carrol, alleging domestic abuse.

Cliff Short said Friday that someone took some of his daughter’s clothes.

Victor Stevens reported an assault Saturday.

Jonathan Harvey called deputies Saturday to say his silver and black 2002 Polaris Victory motorcycle had been stolen.
