Tahlequah police officers arrested a man early Thursday morning for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Steven Clevenger, 18, was seen by police driving his vehicle across the white and yellow lines. He smelled of alcohol and denied drinking alcohol, but later admitted to having vodka, according to the report. Tests showed his blood-alcohol content was .13 and .12, more than the legal limit.

Connie McDonald filed a report Wednesday concerning a domestic assault from her boyfriend. McDonald's face was swollen, and she was bleeding in several places, with a cut on her head. Officers found her boyfriend, John Taylor, 38, and arrested him for violating the Domestic Abuse Act. Taylor originally told police his name was Kevin Taylor; had blood smears on his hands and left arm; and was "very intoxicated," according to a police report.

Ray Patrick filed a report Thursday stating someone took a refrigerator.
