A local man was arrested early Saturday after Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers found him in a vehicle that allegedly hit a house.

OHP Trooper Gordon Chronister arrested Saul Troche, 29, for public drunk and transporting an open container. Troche told Chronister he was a passenger in the vehicle that was involved in the crash at Green Country Estates, which is where Troche lives.

An area woman reported a break-in of her storage unit Thursday to sheriff’s deputies.

Joy Murray told authorities someone cut the lock off the door of the unit. Nothing was taken.

Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a gray 1991 Chevrolet C-1500 pickup allegedly taken Friday. The truck has a tag of MBB 360.

Deputies Thursday recovered a stolen Ford F-150 pickup. Sheriff’s Deputy John C. Wofford responded to a report of the truck being on its side in the ditch near Miller Cemetery. He checked the registration and learned it was taken Dec. 21 in Cherokee County.
