Tahlequah police arrested a local man Monday after seeing him drive without headlights after dark.

Timothy Blair, 42, was stopped on Water Avenue. His license was revoked and he allegedly had a concealed weapon. He was booked on those charges.

In an unrelated matter, a jail inmate being held by the police department for the sheriff’s office allegedly damaged a smoke alarm in his city cell Monday. He was returned to the county jail and is expected to face additional charges.

The department also reported one of the police cruisers was vandalized with a key or other sharp object Monday.

Mickey Dunlap filed a report Sunday, stating he lost his wallet.

Shawn Johnson called officers Monday to report a window knocked out of his Chevrolet Camaro.

Mario Rodriguez said Monday someone’s been harassing him.
