Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man and three juveniles late last week after damaging property at a local nursery and the public access area at Sequoyah Club.

Michael Dewayne Ryals, 19, was allegedly involved in taking two tractors and a flatbed truck. Several young trees last Thursday were damaged at Park Hill Nursery.

The truck was allegedly took to the public access area and abandoned when it got stuck. Damage to the club property is estimated at $3,800, reports state.

The damage to the nursery was not known Tuesday.

In an unrelated matter, J. Fransisco Gonzales, 19, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana, DUI, driving under suspension and no insurance. Mikky D. Weaver was booked for a second or subsequent DUI.

Deputies booked Richard E. Morgan Jr. for DUI and Crystal Morgan, a passenger, for public drunk Saturday after a traffic stop south of Tahlequah.

Felipe Belmontes said Saturday for DUI Saturday.

David Rye filed a report Monday that four windows were broken at his property.

Jaime Karjala said her 12-year-old daughter has ran away from home. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Jeanne Bunch called deputies Monday reporting a domestic dispute.
