Flower power

It's spirit week for Tahlequah Public Schools, and students are dressing up in costumes to show their pride. Monday was '60s Hippie Day, and students could be seen displaying "flower power."

It's spirit week for Tahlequah Public Schools, and students are dressing up in costumes to show their pride.

Monday was '60s Hippie Day, as students could be seen displaying "flower power." Tuesday is '70s Disco Day, Wednesday is '80s Neon Day, and Thursday serves at Spirit Day, where students will wear school colors prior to Friday's Homecoming.

All TPS schools will be closed Friday for parent-teacher conferences in the morning. The THS Homecoming Parade begins Friday at 2 p.m.
