Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers Inc. announces that Nurse Practitioner Ashley Couch is now accepting patients at the NeoHealth Medical Center on NSU Tahlequah Campus.
Couch received her Master's of Science in Nursing from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in 2009. She has experience in adult and pediatric care. Couch has worked in Tahlequah, Muskogee, and Salina, and is looking forward to continue serving the Tahlequah community in her new location.
"I chose a profession in health care as it is a great way to combine my interests: medicine, science and serving others. I saw a need to help improve the quality of life in my community and knew I could support the effort. I believe that listening and understanding a patient's perspective while providing safe and efficient care is the most effective way to help make an improvement in their health. The opportunity to make a difference and enhance a patient's life for the better is the best part of my profession," said Couch.
Couch and the staff of the NeoHealth Medical Center, 529 N. Oak Ave. next to The Fit, are dedicated to providing the highest-quality health and customer care. The NeoHealth Medical Center is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and is available to students, faculty, staff, and the public. New patients and walk-ins are welcome. Call 918-444-2126 to schedule an appointment.
