Singles to host potato dinner

On Thursday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m. the Cherokee County Singles will be having a potato bake dinner and meeting with games and social hour at the Tahlequah Armory Municipal Center, 100 N. Water St.

This is a non-smoking, no alcohol environment. At the potato bake dinner, the baked potato will be supplied, and members and guests bring any kind of topping to put on the potato for dinner. Desserts will also be served.

Outings for April and May will be planned at the meeting.

Conversations at Go Ye Village

Every Thursday morning at 8 a.m. in the Go Ye Village dining room, breakfast and conservations about current events take place.

Among those who usually attend are Fred Gibson and Gary Gore. Everyone is invited to join.

Subscribers who feel they may have been missed on the delivery route can call the circulation department at 456-8833 by 3 p.m. Sunday and leave a message. Calls will be returned, and papers delivered.
