Two structures were declared dilapidated at the July 1 Tahlequah Abatement Board meeting.

Along with declaring the structure at 718 Janet St. inhabited due to its being unsecured, Larry Warnock suggested abatement by demolition. The board approved.

Tabled until the Oct. 7 meeting to allow the owners to make necessary repairs was abatement for structures at 5147 S. 514 Lane and 451 W. Ave.

To allow for repairs, the board tabled abatement until the Aug. 5 meeting for structures at 124 N. Water St., 100 Goingsnake St., 1404 Skipper Drive.

After repairs were done, the board dismissed abatement on structures at 1617 E. Downing St. and a shed on 402 W. Choctaw St.

A structure on 757 College Court was dismissed because it was sold.

To allow repairs to a house also on 402 W. Choctaw St., the board motioned to table until the Sept. 2 meeting.
