Probation was ordered Thursday for a Tahlequah woman originally charged with aggravated DUI.

Betty Jeanne Smith, 56, pleaded guilty to DUI and was placed on a suspended one-year sentence, and ordered to pay a $500 fine, $100 victim compensation assessment and court costs, in monthly installments. She must also attend DUI school and Victim Impact Panel.

Smith’s case was one of several on Special District Judge Holli Chennault’s traffic and misdemeanor docket.
