NeoHealth Pediatrics supports THS Care Team

Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers Inc. Pediatric Clinic donated to the Tahlequah High School Care Team, a group that works to provide resources to homeless, or displaced, students in the Tahlequah Public Schools district.

NeoHealth Pediatrics raised funds during a recent charity raffle, and staff chose to donate to the THS Care Team as a way to support displaced youth in the Tahlequah district.

Nurse Practitioner Kelli Swim was proud Pediatrics had the opportunity to support THS Care Team.

"We are passionate about providing quality health care to children. We see the struggles many of these kids face daily - things that are outside of their control," Swim said.

NeoHealth Pediatrics has previously supported drives held by the THS Care Team.

"[NeoHealth Pediatrics] want to do more for our community, but especially for our kids," Swim said.

NeoHealth Pediatrics offers health care provided by Dr. Kimberly Milford and Swim. The clinic is in Suite 102 at the Tahlequah Medical Center, 1500 E. Downing St. New patients and walk-in's are welcome. Appointments can be scheduled. SoonerCare is accepted, as well as most commercial insurances, and patients without insurance. Uninsured patients may qualify for a discount on the Sliding Fee Scale.
