CLAREMORE, Okla. — As of 3 p.m. Sunday, Rogers County Emergency Management reported they still had hundreds of pre-filled sandbags available.
RCEM shared: "We have pre-filled sand bags. Located south of Claremore at Rogers County District 3 warehouse. Just off of King and Hwy 66. The river is project at this point to raise another two feet in the coming days. So if you think you may be affected by the rising waters please come get some sand bags to protect your property."
Gov. Kevin Stitt was on hand in Rogers County today to aid in filling the hundreds of sand bags.
He shared: "First Baptist Claremore and the local Boy Scouts are showing us the #OklahomaStandard as they spend their Memorial weekend bagging sand for the city of Claremore..."
