During the graduation ceremony for Tahlequah High School on May 26, the graduating seniors and their guests were outraged when the opening prayer was given in Spanish first and English second.

This is a disgrace to our nation for English to be second. Since Tahlequah is the Cherokee capital, if another language was to be used, it should have been Cherokee - but only after English. Why Spanish, and why first?
