Bryn Smith hasn’t always been an active person. But four weeks ago, she became the community outreach coordinator for Tahlequah Foundation for a Fit Future because of her passion for the program and for helping people live healthy lives.
A year and a half ago, Smith joined a crossfit program and began training with her crossfit coach, Keith Head, for a 5K race. Their first 5K marked the official launch of the foundation’s Tons Off Tahlequah project on April 26.
